What I can help with

Loss & Grief (Life-changing events)

I am a specialist in loss and grief and have taken lead on complex cases. Loss and grief will often link with other issues such as Anxiety and Depression.  Grief is a natural response to loss. It is the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. Most people associate grief with the death of a loved one, but any loss can cause grief- including:

A relationship breakup, death/ loss of a pet, loss of health, losing a job/ home, loss of financial stability, miscarriage, infertility, a loved one’s illness, loss of friendship, loss of safety after a trauma.
